Easy And Juicy Baked Pork Chops

I don't cook much but when I do you can bet I will blog about it. One of my favorite foods is pork. Not the healthiest but one of the easiest to cook. I always dry out chicken and I always burn the steak (yeah, yeah, I am not a good cook) but with pork I tend to always do it right. My mother is a cook and I have learned many techniques from her but just can't perform it all that well. So if I can cook it, anyone can!

So to keep things basic, I use the oven more than anything. With these pork chops, I set the oven to preheat at 350 degrees. While I wait for the oven to get ready I gathered the ingredients needed to make these boneless pork chops nice and juicy. First I poured Italian dressing through out the bottom of the pan. I do not add the pork chops yet. I spread it pretty evenly for 9 of them. On top of the dressing, I dashed a bit of light soy sauce. This keep the salty flavor without the actual salt. Next I add the seasoning which is garlic powder, onion powder, minced onion, and course black pepper. I now take the pork chops and dip one side in the dressing and seasoning where I want to place the pork chop in the pan. Then I flip it over and lay it on it's other side leaving the top full of flavor. I do this to all 9 pork chops.
After that, I sprinkle more minced onion on top of them. I love it! When the oven is heated I place the pan in and time it to 30 min. Now if you are doing fewer pork chops you can time it anywhere between 20 to 30 min. When done, you have juicy and very flavor-able boneless pork chops. With this meal I added broccoli rice (which I covered in sriracha after this picture was taken). I like it spicy. It really cannot get any easier than this for a good home cooked meal fast.

Note: I am doing a Labor Day sale over at Rustic Brand. 15% the entire shop from Saturday until Monday. Check it out :).

PS: I took these photos around dusk (and there's not much natural light in the kitchen anyway) so I used my new lighting umbrellas I got off of EBay. What do you think?
